This now undergoes 2 years of élevage. A concentrated and rounded Pinot Noir made from vines planted on clay-based Lias soils with limestone pebbles on top. The grapes are macerated as whole bunches for a month with no sulphur added until after the malolactic. There’s a beautiful sweet floral perfume here which runs through the whole of the wine from start to finish.
