This bodega is not particularly well known in the UK, but is perfectly located just outside Logrono. The wines are traditionally made, but have the concentration and polish of 15 months in new oak. This 2001 Reserva Especial has more than enough black fruit and minerality to carry the oak, as well as great freshness. A really sensational bottle of wine to drink or keep, at an amazing price.
