Chablis Wine Producers
While there are many producers – particularly the larger negociants, such as Albert Bichot, through its offshoot Long-Depaquit – who make wine both in Chablis and right across Burgundy, several domaines focus primarily or exclusively on this self-contained northern enclave. Producers such as William Fèvre, Samuel Billaud and Jean-Marc Brocard, whose wineries are based in Chablis, have carved out a fine reputation here, and make wines across all levels, from generic, village fare to grand-cru bottlings.
