Many fine wines improve with age: judging when a wine will be at its best is very difficult. We provide drinking windows for all our wines as a guide. A lot comes down to personal taste: some people prefer wines when they are still young, with lots of fruit character, whilst others prefer wines when they become more developed. The beauty of owning a case of the same wine is the ability to track its development over time, so you can make up your own mind.
